For over 50 years, the Deer Farm has been enjoyed by animal lovers of all ages. Getting “hands on” close to such beautiful creatures is a rare opportunity. Only by raising them from babies allows for such intimate human contact. We work around the clock taking care of the animals so you can have a memory that will last a lifetime.

Located on a section of old Route 66, the Deer Farm is 10 acres of absolute animal wonderland. Walk a path around our park to view wallabies, llamas, coatimundi, bison, peacocks, & much more. Walk with deer, feed the deer right from your hands. Chat with our silly umbrella cockatoo, Mozart, pet a goat, kiss a camel. You will have a blast here if you are an animal lover – children and adults alike!

Spent 2 hours here and had a wonderful time! The staff were so friendly and very passionate about the animals. I’ve always thought deer were adorable but they’re naturally skiddish in the wild so it was such a unique experience to be up-close and feed and pet them! There is a wide variety of animals here – from reindeer to miniature ponies – so it’s great for families. This is such a wonderful place and the staff deserve much more recognition for the hard…

Super cute and fun place. So glad we went. I can’t believe all of the deer. So cute and friendly. You can feed and pet them.  My family had a great time.  They have lots of animals too. I don’t want to give it all away though. This is a fun stop and highly recommend you visit.

The Deer Farm is Soooo much more than just that, it’s like a small zoo. They have animals from all over the place, most of the critters you can pet also! Some of my Favorites are the Buffalo, Porcupines, Sika Deer(Alvin), Raindeer, Wallaby, and Cavys. If you go here and like to cuddle mischievous animals you can even pay a little extra to go in the Coatimundi house and play with them (WORTH EVERY PENNY). This is one of the best places to have…

Holy deer output, it was the BEST TIME EVER!! My vacations to AZ will always include a trip here from now on. I was over the moon feeding the deer. One “eager” deer actually jerked on the hem of my shorts and “pants” me. It made me crack up and was a good story to tell my friends. Beyond the deer, there are many other animals to visit with. Warning, the camel was rocking some massive gas the day I was there. Phew, glad…

Best. Day. Ever. I didn’t know what to expect when it said that we could hand feed the deers. I thought maybe behind a fence? Nope! As soon as you walked in with your cup of feed you were swarmed with bambi and his whole extended family! It was amazing! They don’t have the ability to bite you so it wasn’t scary at all. They are so cheeky and friendly. Just watch your shorts, handbags, tshirts etc cuz they tend to tug on them…
